La Crème Coiffante
Styling cream for coily and curly hair
La Crème Coiffante Cacao & Hibiscus defines and moisturises coily and curly hair in a single step: its melting texture absorbs without weighing hair down, reduces frizz and leaves the style soft, with no stiffness or residue. The final step of the Rituel Texture®, it locks in moisture and protects the ends until the next wash.
250 ml. 98% ingredients of natural origin (ISO 16128 standard).
Made in France. Silicone-free.
Results
From the very first application: well-defined curls, lengths that feel soft to the touch, with no crunchy finish or greasy film.
In the days that follow: the style holds, frizz stays smooth and a light mist of water is all it takes to revive the curl.
Day to day: a melting texture you work in section by section, a light scent of cocoa and hibiscus, and a 250 ml jar that lasts around two months with weekly styling.
How to use it
On damp, detangled hair
Apply La Crème Coiffante section by section, smoothing each strand from root to tip. Then create the style of your choice: afro, twists, braids, twist-out. Leave to air-dry or shape as desired.
Between two routines, reapply a hazelnut-sized amount to the ends to refresh the style: it is the only one of the three products that can be reused this way.
Do not rinse. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow. For external use only.
Who it's for
For afro, coily, curly and wavy hair looking for definition without a greasy or crunchy finish. It is particularly suited to textures that are quickly weighed down by butters and gels, and to fine hair, where a small amount goes a long way.
If your lengths are mainly damaged or brittle, start with Le Masque Réparateur instead.
Ingredients and formula
Cocoa butter: rich in fatty acids, it nourishes the fibre and locks in moisture at the ends.
Hibiscus: gives the curl elasticity, so it bounces back instead of breaking.
Acacia Senegal gum: holds the shape without stiffening, where a gel would leave a film.
Made in France. Sulfate-free, paraben-free, silicone-free.

What our customers say
4,9/5, 23 reviews
What they appreciate
Hydration that lasts several days is the most frequently cited benefit. La Crème defines curls without weighing them down, with no greasy or sticky feel, and several customers say they achieved their first successful twist-out with it. Hair shines, smells good, and a little goes a long way, including on fine coily hair.
What you should know
Two customers find the price high, while judging it worth it given the results. One customer notes that her hair stiffens by the end of the day when she applies it to wet hair: she prefers to use it to keep her braids hydrated. A victim of its own success, La Crème has already sold out in the past.

Your questions about La Crème Coiffante, answered
Styling cream or leave-in: what's the difference?
A leave-in moisturises, and that's where it stops. A styling cream moisturises and shapes: it defines the curl and holds it. On coily hair, it often replaces both.
On dry or damp hair?
On damp hair. Water carries the moisture; La Crème Coiffante holds it in and shapes the curl. On dry hair, it defines less well.
How long does the definition last?
Several days if the hair is protected at night. A light touch-up is then enough to revive the curl.
Is it suitable for all porosities?
Yes, this cream is versatile and suits both low porosity and high porosity hair. Its light texture moisturises without weighing hair down and locks in moisture for the most porous hair.
Can it be used on coloured or relaxed hair?
Yes. Its formula is silicone-free and paraben-free: it suits coloured, relaxed or chemically weakened hair. It moisturises the fibre and helps keep lengths supple.
Do not rinse. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow. For external use only.
Does this cream weigh hair down or leave a greasy film?
No. Its light, melting texture moisturises without weighing hair down, and its silicone-free formula absorbs without leaving any residue.
Is it suitable for children?
Its formula is gentle, free from sulfates and silicones, and can be used on children's hair. For very young children, ask a healthcare professional before the first use, and start with a small amount.
Can I use it to style protective hairstyles?
Yes! It is ideal for moisturising hair before creating protective styles (braids, twists, buns...). It helps maintain moisture and protect the ends.
Do not rinse. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow. For external use only.
How do I revive the curl between washes?
Lightly dampen the strands that have lost their shape, then work a hazelnut-sized amount of La Crème Coiffante into those areas only, wrapping each strand around your finger. Leave to air-dry. It is the only one of the three products that can be reused this way between routines.
