Why we're doing things differently
Coily hair remains one of the least studied hair types on the market. We are sold "all hair types" formulas designed for straight hair, and we spend our lives patching together routines to make up for it. This time, the research starts from your hair and your answers.

Three phases, from your needs to the finished product
Each phase follows the same rhythm: a video to understand, a questionnaire to say what you want, a meeting with an expert, then a vote. You take part in whatever interests you; nothing is compulsory.
Phase 1 - January

The questions we get asked
Does it cost anything?
No. Taking part is completely free and involves no purchase.
How much time will it take?
About five minutes per questionnaire: three questionnaires and three votes spread over three months. You take part in what you want, when you want.
My hair is curly, not coily. Can I take part?
Yes. Curly and coily textures face similar issues. Your feedback will help us cover the whole range.
I'm a hairdresser. Does this concern me?
Absolutely. There is a dedicated track for professionals, with the focus group in a salon and a questionnaire adapted to your practice.
I don't live in Paris.
Everything happens by email and video call, except the focus group. For those who live further away, we send the samples by post.
What happens to my answers?
They are used solely to design the range and are never sold on. You can unsubscribe in one click from any email.
