What happens next. You receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email, which serves as proof of the date of your request. You then have 14 days to send the products back to us. Return costs are your responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part or a damaged product.

We will refund you no later than 14 days after receiving the products, or proof that they have been sent, using the same payment method as for the order. The refund includes the original delivery costs, at the standard delivery rate.

Some products cannot be returned: those that have been unsealed or opened and can no longer be resold for hygiene reasons, as well as gift cards that have already been used. Our training courses and services are subject to specific conditions, set out in our general terms and conditions of sale.
