We start with a conversation to understand your hair, your habits and what you would like to improve day to day.
Receive personalised advice on the essential gestures of the ritual: detangling, washing, treatment, styling. You will understand what to do, in what order and why.

Consultation ou diagnostic : que choisir ?
Le diagnostic capillaire offert se fait seul, en 3 minutes, et vous oriente vers une routine. La consultation, gratuite elle aussi, est un vrai échange de 30 minutes pour les cheveux crépus, afro et frisés, du 3C au 4C, qui ne réagissent pas comme prévu.
Qui vous reçoit ?
Ghana Elin, notre fondatrice et coiffeuse spécialiste des cheveux crépus et afro. Elle a grandi en Guadeloupe, où sa grand-mère soignait les cheveux à l’hibiscus et au cacao, et forme aujourd’hui des coiffeurs partout en France. « La plupart des produits dits pour cheveux bouclés à crépus ne sont faits que pour les boucles. En consultation, nous partons de vos cheveux crépus ou afro, pas d’une routine standard. » Son histoire.
Comment se passe la consultation en visio ?
Choisissez votre créneau : le lien Google Meet arrive avec la confirmation. En réservant, notez ce que vous voulez améliorer. Le jour J, gardez si possible vos cheveux visibles à l’écran, pour que nous les observions ensemble.
Et après la consultation ?
Vous appliquez votre Rituel Texture® chez vous, avec le guide à télécharger pour retrouver chaque geste. Si vos cheveux changent, la consultation Rafraîchissement sert à faire le point et à ajuster vos soins.
